Refund Policy

This policy explains how AutoModGPT handles refunds for subscriptions, one-time purchases, and billing mistakes.

1. Recurring Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled from the dashboard billing controls or Stripe customer portal where available.
Cancellation usually applies at period end unless Stripe or applicable law requires a different outcome.
Partial-period refunds are not guaranteed, except where required by law or approved after a service review.

2. One-Time Purchases

Lifetime access, backup credits, and similar one-time purchases are generally final once provisioned.
If a one-time purchase was charged but not delivered due to a verified platform or provisioning failure, contact support for review.
Refund rights required by mandatory local law still apply.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Duplicate charges, incorrect billing caused by system error, or verified non-delivery of a purchased entitlement.
Material service failure that could not be resolved within a reasonable time after support review.
Refunds will not normally be issued for misuse, abuse-related suspension, or failure to configure Discord permissions correctly.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support promptly and include the Discord user ID, guild ID, Stripe receipt or invoice details, and a short description of the issue.
Support may request confirmation of the affected guild, subscription, or failed provisioning event before reviewing the case.
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe or the original payment path when possible.
