We collect the minimum data needed to provide moderation and dashboard features.
We do not sell personal data.
Discord, Stripe, and OpenAI act as key processors/infrastructure providers for specific product features.

AutoModGPT acts as the controller for the data processed to operate the bot, dashboard, billing, moderation, and support flows.

This policy covers the website, dashboard, Discord bot interactions, billing operations, and support workflows.
Guild owners are responsible for their own moderation decisions and any local notices or rules they owe to their members.

Discord account data: user IDs, usernames, avatars, guild IDs, role/channel identifiers, and OAuth session data needed for login and access checks.
Guild settings data: feature flags, moderation settings, channel binds, role binds, billing state, and dashboard audit history.
Operational content data: moderation events, ticket/transcript data, verification and onboarding state, referral data, and safety logs.
Usage data: OpenAI request usage, vote/referral activity, and website security telemetry such as session, rate-limit, and audit events.

Contract / service delivery: to authenticate users, apply guild settings, process subscriptions, and provide the requested product features.
Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
Consent: for optional cookies or other optional processing that depends on affirmative user choice.
Legal obligations: where retention, disclosure, or recordkeeping is required by law.

Operate moderation workflows, server setup, backups, logging, verification, tickets, leveling, and dashboard management.
Provide explainable AI moderation and server-side AI features routed through backend controls.
Process billing, subscription state, and feature entitlements.
Detect abuse, investigate failures, and maintain system security and reliability.

Discord is used for authentication, guild membership context, and bot functionality.
Stripe is used for checkout, subscription lifecycle, invoices, and customer portal billing actions.
OpenAI is used for AI features that are explicitly enabled in the product and routed through backend controls.
Data is not sold. It is only shared with processors or service providers needed to run the platform, or when lawfully required.

Data is retained only for as long as needed for active service delivery, security operations, dispute handling, compliance, and billing history.
Security controls include session protection, CSRF defenses, rate limits, secret-file loading, log redaction, and hardened local storage permissions.
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent for optional cookies.
International transfers may occur where providers process data outside your jurisdiction; contractual and provider safeguards are relied on where applicable.
